The pinion shaft is a forged alloy steel component, machined with herringbone gears and a medium-hard tooth surface. For ease of maintenance, a single-row, self-aligning cylindrical roller bearing with no inner ring flange is used. Shaft extensions are provided at both ends, allowing for the installation of pulleys or sprockets on either end. Our company can produce complete F-series and Honghua mud pump pinion shaft assemblies (pinion shaft, wear sleeve, end cap, oil collector, snap ring, etc.) and supply pinion shaft bearings.
