Baoji Zhenxing Petroleum Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1992, is a technology-based private enterprise specializing in the production and manufacturing of petroleum drilling and production equipment parts and consumables. Our company mainly engages in the production and sales of petroleum drilling rig parts and mud pump parts for various domestic and international pump types; maintenance and modification of petroleum and natural gas drilling equipment, mud pumps and components; oilfield engineering technical services; research and development of various types of equipment rubber sealing products; and surface coating and corrosion protection treatment of steel structures and metal products. Products are sold to major oilfields and drilling engineering service companies at home and abroad. In 1992, it was included as a qualified supplier by Baoji Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. to this day; in 2000, it was included as a qualified supplier by Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. to this day; for many years, it has been a qualified supplier of CNPC, with an annual output value of more than 80 million yuan.
In 2015, the company purchased 50 mu of land in Baoji City's Jinhe Industrial Park, investing 68 million yuan to build a production and testing base of more than 20,000 square meters, forming standardized and large-scale production capacity. There are more than 150 employees, more than 40 senior and intermediate engineering and technical personnel, and more than 100 sets of major production and processing equipment and testing equipment. Among them, there are more than 40 sets of equipment including CNC machining centers, large CNC boring and milling machines, plasma cutting machines, sandblasting and painting equipment, and professional testing equipment, with strong new product development capabilities. We can design and manufacture various petroleum drilling rig parts and structural products for customers. Thirty years of professional manufacturing and on-site oilfield maintenance and equipment modification and upgrading services have enabled us to accumulate countless valuable experiences and form a complete quality management and quality assurance system. After 2000, we successively passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification and API 7K production system certification, which provides a reliable quality assurance and internationally accepted standards for the petroleum drilling and production equipment produced by our company.
