1. Establish and improve the company's human resource management system to ensure that human resource work becomes increasingly scientific and standardized in accordance with the company's development goals.
2. Establish, implement, and revise the company's labor and personnel management system, and formulate human resource plans based on the company's development strategy and business plan.
3. Annually review the company's staffing according to the company's business objectives and personnel needs plan, and centrally manage the increase and decrease of company personnel.
4. Regularly collect internal and external human resource information, establish a company talent pool, and ensure talent reserves.
5. Be responsible for employee recruitment, internal selection, hiring, and dismissal procedures, and participate in the recruitment of senior company talent.
6. Be responsible for the formulation, implementation, and revision of employee compensation plans, and monitor the company's compensation situation.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
