On November 18, the bidding results for the No. 2 turbine unit assembly oil of Dalian Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant were announced. Kunlun KTL46 long-life nuclear power plant dedicated turbine oil stood out among several international brands, receiving unanimous affirmation from the expert panel and successfully winning the bid.
This is the third time Kunlun KTL46 long-life nuclear power plant dedicated turbine oil has entered the high-end nuclear power market, following Ling'ao Nuclear Power Plant and Ningde Nuclear Power Plant in Fujian Province. To date, a total of 800,000 liters of Kunlun KTL46 long-life nuclear power plant dedicated turbine oil has been installed and used in the nuclear power field, securing a place in the high-end nuclear power market.
In China's turbine industry, million-kilowatt-level nuclear power turbine units represent the highest level of technology and manufacturing. Kunlun KTL46 long-life turbine oil is a high-end product independently researched and developed by China Petroleum Lubricant Company. It possesses dual certifications from turbine manufacturers Alstom and Siemens, features antioxidant, rust-removing, and long-life properties, and is particularly suitable for turbine units above 600,000 kilowatts. Normal use can guarantee 20 years without oil changes.
Five years ago, the entry of domestically produced turbine oil into the nuclear power field was still a distant hope. Customers once directly stated: "Domestic turbine oil has no precedent for installation in million-kilowatt units; we haven't considered domestic oil." Now, China Petroleum Lubricant Company, through its strong technology and unremitting efforts, has changed this situation.
